Melissa Norcross is the Broker and Owner of Launch Realty & Property Management. She handles residential sales, long-term property management, and investor consulting personally — meaning when you reach out, you get Melissa.
Before real estate, Melissa spent years in hospitality and restaurant management. That background shaped everything: the urgency, the customer-first mindset, the understanding that when someone needs help, they need it now — not when it's convenient.
She specializes in the parts of Brevard County real estate that trip people up: HOA and condo rules, waterfront and beachside properties, Florida insurance and flood zones, and rental investment analysis.
